We count the must-have skills and tools this job advert asks for, then check your CV for each one. A skill you have counts fully; a transferable near-miss counts half. The score is that total over the number of must-haves, nothing hidden. Soft skills (like "good communication") are advisory only and never counted against you.

This checks the two things that reliably matter everywhere: the words a recruiter searches for, and (soon) whether your CV parses cleanly.
